DFW-based content marketing agency madison/miles media has won two silver 2015 Communicator Awards for cause marketing. The agency won for its online video “A Moment of Truth,” produced for the Health and Wellness Alliance for Children, as well as for its website work for the Alliance.

The video, which introduces and explains the mission of the nonprofit group, uses simple animation and bold coloring to draw in viewers to learn more about the Alliance’s important work.

The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program recognizing big ideas in marketing and communications. Founded two decades ago, The Communicator Awards receives more than 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world.

“Digital video is on a big upswing right now; 85% of Internet users regularly watch video online,” says Mario Medina, creative director and cofounder of madison/miles media. “But creating video for the sake of it isn’t advisable. You have to have the right approach and content and really know your audience, and this award is a reflection of that. We’re proud of the work we did for the Health and Wellness Alliance for Children and our part in helping them advance their efforts.”
